BioPhoenix Wright is from the video game Ace Attorney/Gyakuten Saiban, and is the property of Capcom. He appears here solely for the purpose of role-playing in ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)

He was once a defence attorney of some reknown, having been the first to defeat the Demon Prosecutor, Miles Edgeworth. But seven years ago, that all changed when he (unwittingly) presented falsified evidence in court, and was disbarred. He now works at a Russian restaurant, "playing piano"... but in reality, he's really hired to play poker for those who wish to challenge him. After all, he hasn't lost a game once in the seven years he's been there.
The changed between Phoenix the Lawyer, and Phoenix the Hobo (as he's affectionly known) is quite astute - but seven years is a long time, and a man will inevitably change. He's become quite laid-back, and at times comes across a little snarky, but he's still good-natured. He's even adopted a daughter, which tends to shock people first time they hear it. Not that it's particularly unlike him, just... well (he barely had enough money when he was laywer).
N.B.: if you haven't noticed by now, this is Phoenix Wright as he is in Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban 4), so he is 33 years old, not 24-26 as he is in the other games.
